About this Job

We are looking for  Technical Support (email)  Engineers with previous experience in handling International clients over Email and Chat platforms.

What we appreciate :

• Ability to create a good level of rapport with the customers by replying to their queries in a timely fashion.
• Understanding client needs and helping them choose the pricing plans as per their requirements
• In-depth understanding of the product and its position in the industry
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Experience in a Customer Support environment
• Minimum 2 years of Experience in Email/Chat Support
• Research-oriented and Process-Oriented
• Ready to work in US Shifts
