Roles and Responsibilities

As a senior copywriter, you will be tasked with writing creative content that reflect Hexnode’s brand values and messaging.

· Write content that can be published across multiple channels (ad copies, website content, chatbot pop-ups, emails and other requirements).

· Create copies that align’s with our voice and personality.

· Take initiative on doing research regarding market trends, competitors and industry standards for copies.

· Identify gaps in existing content and bridge them.

· Collaborate and brainstorm with multiple teams to ideate new copies and keep up with company and product updates.

· Should be passionate about their work and should take ownership of the material they provide.

Requirements

· 2-4 years’ experience in a B2B SaaS company, (preferred)

· Ability to balance levity without compromising Hexnode’s core message

· Honour deadlines and accommodate sudden requirements from multiple teams

· Be self-sufficient and provide copies that don’t require a lot of iterations

· Ability to do research if the task requires it.
