About the Job

We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Manager to join our expanding team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in leading high-performing inside sales teams, steering revenue growth, and contributing significantly to the overall success of Mitsogo.

Employees must be ready to work in US shift timings. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide a team of inside sales representatives towards surpassing sales targets.
  • Cultivate a culture of high performance, offering guidance and development opportunities to team members.
  • Deploy effective sales strategies to optimize team productivity and success.
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive inside sales plans that align with broader organizational objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, consistently steering revenue growth.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for assessing team performance.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and deliver constructive feedback to team members.
  • Implement improvement plans to address any performance gaps.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Provide valuable market insights to contribute to the development of product and sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
  • Uphold a customer-centric approach in all sales activities, with a primary focus on customer satisfaction.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager or in a comparable leadership position.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of sales initiatives.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Display strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Have a results-oriented mindset with a commitment to driving the success of the sales team.
  • An understanding of SaaS, device management, or related technologies would be an added advantage.
