About this Job

Join our team as an Inside Sales Engineer where you’ll play a crucial role in explaining the technical aspects of our products, supporting customers throughout their journey, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Your technical expertise, customer focus, and teamwork will be key factors in ensuring customer satisfaction and product utilization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and prospects, explaining the technical and functional aspects of our products and services.
  • Guide customers through the implementation of our solutions, ensuring smooth onboarding and successful product adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical advice and support during the pre-sales process.
  • Partner with the account management department to meet the needs of existing customers and address their technical inquiries.
  • Work on a set schedule (10 am – 7 pm) with rotating on-call responsibilities to provide timely support to customers.
  • Take initiative and provide prompt, accurate follow-up to tickets and support calls, troubleshooting Windows-related issues.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, and other internal departments to resolve critical product issues, minimize cycle time for problem resolution, and contribute to future product improvements.
  • Share knowledge of issues and corresponding resolutions or workarounds with partner teams, contributing to the creation of new knowledge base articles and procedures.
  • Actively participate in the design of our consulting processes to ensure efficient and effective customer support.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer.
  • Proficient in Windows, including Windows registry, services, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Linux/Mac.
  • Exercise sound judgment and prioritize tasks based on customer impact, adaptability to new technologies, and embrace change.
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills, delivering messages with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to skilfully build and maintain relationships, both in-person and virtually.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a global team, efficiently multitasking with several tools, and honoring rules of engagement.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Driven and self-motivated, setting the pace for yourself and others around you.
  • Regarded as a problem solver who pays attention to details and finds comprehensive solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory.
