About the Job

We seek dynamic individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to maximize our Sales Workforce’s impact. In a prominent role, you will closely engage with prospects and customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products. Your goal is to enhance our offerings based on their feedback and consistently meet our standards. By helping prospects grasp the benefits of Hexnode and streamlining their business operations, you will drive sales growth and achieve targets.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Expand business within and outside of existing Hexnode customers by building long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Develop and execute against an assigned quota and territory plan.
  • Prospect, forecast, build and maintain a sales pipeline.
  • Formulate a compelling annual plan, enabling a culture of execution to drive new customer acquisition, expanding existing ones, and ensuring high retention rates on existing accounts.
  • Identify new opportunities in industry verticals and drive expansion into them.
  • Engage cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Partnerships, and Customer Success Teams.
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast meetings, business reviews, monitoring of the sales/upsell activities, and tracking of results.


Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience working and succeeding within target-driven business/sales development representative teams for providers of B2B enterprise software solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business development goals and targets.
  • Proven track record of working in BDR outbound teams in the technology sector.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Verbal proficiency in French and Spanish languages is a plus.
