About this Job

Join our team as a Channel Partnership Executive and play a key role in building and maintaining successful partnerships while driving business growth and exceeding sales targets. Your technical expertise, communication skills, and ability to collaborate with diverse teams will be essential in ensuring seamless support to our partners and customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Build in-depth knowledge of product functionalities and domain expertise, market positioning, competitive landscape, and product-market fit.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner teams, prospects, and customers in different geographies.
  • Take ownership of assigned sales targets and work closely with partner sales teams to achieve and exceed these targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including presales, customer success, marketing, and support to provide seamless support to partners and customers.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of local markets including factors influencing buyer’s decisions such as the economy and technology trends.
  • Assist partners with conversions, objection handling, and provide necessary resources to facilitate deal closures.
  • Discover and implement new/market-specific lead generation exercises in collaboration with marketing and reseller sales teams.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for partners, providing Level 2 support and addressing customer queries promptly.
  • Organize online training sessions for partners and ensure they are updated with the latest product developments.
  • Handle incoming support tickets from partners and manage escalations from partners/customers.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills including scope management, resource planning, task tracking, and budget management.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B enterprise channel partnerships, demonstrating a successful history of achieving targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge, keen attention to detail, and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport and facilitating close collaboration with cross-functional teams and partners in the assigned territory.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing business development goals and targets.
  • Track record of developing and advancing BDR/SDR outbound teams in the technology sector.
  • Effective time management abilities with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
