Job Overview:
The Executive – Accounts & Finance is responsible for managing accounting transactions. This role ensures accurate and timely month-end and annual closing, handles the PO process, and compiles budgets as per corporate guidelines. Key responsibilities include managing accounts payables and receivables, reconciling bank payments, computing taxes, and preparing tax returns. Regular auditing of financial transactions, compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining data privacy are essential. The role also involves preparing management reports, ensuring accurate intercompany transactions, and assessing accounting software and control procedures
Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions of different locations like UK, Singapore,UAE & Germany.
- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and Annual closing .
- Handle PO process.
- Budget Compilations as per corporate guidelines.
- Manage and reconcile Accounts payables and receivables.
- Ensure timely bank payments and reconciliation.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Audit financial transactions and documents regularly .
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
- Prepare management reports.
- Coordinate and ensure the accuracy of intercompany transactions.
- Maintain the privacy of financial information.
- Assess accounting software applications and accounting control procedures.
Requirements:
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Working skills in accounting ERPs & systems
- Working skills in MS Office
- Knowledge in statutory compliances
- Knowledge in accounting concepts & processes.
