As our Copywriter, you will be responsible for creating engaging and persuasive content that resonates with our target audience across various mediums. You’ll work closely with our Engineering, Marketing, Sales team and more, to craft compelling technical content that capture the essence of our brand and its offerings. Your ability to distill complex ideas into simple, relatable language will be key to creating impactful campaigns that drive real business results.
Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a content strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives, and that supports the needs of various teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support.
  • Research and gather information about our products and services, and create accurate and concise documentation that can be easily understood by a global audience.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation repository as well as document content updates for products, apps, and related tools.
  • Conduct regular audits of existing content to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement, and develop plans to address these issues.
  • Define the company’s voice, tone, and style guidelines for all documentation, and ensure that all content is consistent with these guidelines.
  • Maintain the taxonomy, information architecture, and content mapping schemas used for structuring and filtering content in the knowledge base.
  • Maintain and update the company’s technical documentation repository, and ensure that all documentation is organized, searchable, and easy to access.


Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of content strategy and development.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for a variety of audiences, including technical and non-technical users.
  • Expertise in prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and processes into clear and engaging content that resonates with a global audience.
  • Familiarity with global markets and the ability to tailor content to meet the needs of diverse audiences across different regions and cultures.
  • Skilled in process mapping, analysis, and improvement, with experience in documenting complex workflows and procedures.
